KristenFoster500x333Is a new baby in your future? Getting ready for a new baby can seem overwhelming – so much to plan, so much gear to buy, so much to rearrange in your life.

Recently I had the great pleasure to interview Pregnancy Coach Kristen Foster on my radio show Reclaiming Space on International Life Coach Radio. We had such a great time chatting about how reclaiming the act of birth itself can be so empowering, on so many different levels, for a woman and her family. If you missed the show, Reclaiming Birth, Reclaiming Power, you can listen to the archive version here: http://bit.ly/1fujJMc

When we were done with that chat we realized there’s a lot more logistical stuff to having a baby than we were able talk about during the first show. So we decided to get together on the radio again and talk more about the details of what you might want to plan for and when. The show, Planning and Organizing for a New Baby is happening live Friday March 28 at 10am Central.

If you’re able to join us live you can call in with any questions you may have and get them answered on the spot. If you’re not able to join us live, the show will be archived and available for download anytime after the show is over. To listen live or to the archive version of the show go to:
