Today I’m focusing on two products I use in my fridge that have helped our household stay organized. First off I’m a big fan of Tupperware, and I mean the real thing, not just “any plastic container” that people sometimes mean when they say “Tupperware”. Although I’m not longer a consultant, I’m still a huge fan and user of Tupperware and I am positive their products have saved me money and hassle when it’s come to getting organized in my own kitchen.

Tupperware is ever changing, so visit their website or find a consultant for updated information about current products. One that will probably stay around is the Fridge Smart line. Absolutely wonderful for keeping fruits and veggies fresh far longer than any other product I have tried.

When choosing your other plastic containers for the fridge, but sure to choose a set that nests inside each other when not being used. This makes storage in your cupboards far more efficient.

My next favorite product is Label Once reusable labels. I’m a huge fan of this product and have written several other posts about them.

Do leftovers ever get lost in your fridge because you can’t tell what’s in that container? I’ve found that even if I’m using clear containers, it’s easier for me to see with a glance what’s in there with a label. These Label Once labels are the perfect solution.

My only complaint is with the eraser they provide – it just doesn’t work as well as it should. Luckily there is a solution. Buy a Mr. Clean Eraser (or any generic brand similar cleaner) – it removes any permanent marker from these labels so when you reuse the container you can reuse the label too. Genius.

Do you have any favorite tools for organizing your fridge? I’d love to hear about them in the comments below!
